Affiliate program agreement

Prospective revision: October 22, 2026. The version recorded with your acceptance determines the agreement you accepted. Earlier accepted versions and documented financial history are preserved.

Applications are open. General earning and payouts are not activated. Applying, receiving approval and being authorized to earn are separate states. A restricted pilot, if offered, applies only to participants, campaigns and products explicitly enabled for it. Check your dashboard before promoting.

Eligibility and your account

The initial program is for eligible affiliates residing in the United States, with accounting and payments in US dollars (USD). This residence requirement is separate from where a customer receives an order or the language of your audience. An English- or Spanish-speaking audience does not change your residence eligibility.

Use your existing Muncle Mikes member account and accurate information. Your Shopify shopping account may be separate. Approval gives access to the features available to your account; it does not by itself activate commissions or payment. Required payout and tax verification must be completed through an available secure provider.

Qualifying products, orders and commissions

The configured default rate is 10% of eligible net merchandise revenue, subject to the applicable product, vendor, campaign, SKU and affiliate rule and margin protection. Net merchandise revenue reflects the applicable discounts. Taxes and customer shipping charges are not commissionable merchandise revenue. Returns, refunds and lost disputes can reduce the qualifying amount.

A product being available to buy does not establish affiliate eligibility. Use the current eligible-product and campaign guidance in your account. Gift cards and other excluded items do not qualify. Discounts do not guarantee commission, and a referral does not authorize an unapproved coupon or offer.

Discounts and commissions together cannot use more than half of the verified profit before discounts, after the applicable direct costs. The buyer’s discount uses that shared allowance first. Commissions also preserve the configured positive contribution. Commissions are limited by verified contribution after the applicable costs. A verified commission can be reduced or excluded when the margin rule requires it. Missing required costs result in an explained hold, not an invented zero commission. The rule and verified calculation inputs for a recorded commission are retained; later rule changes do not silently recalculate historical earnings.

Referral attribution

The qualified referral window is 30 days. Referral expiry and the separate commission hold are different. The server's verified attribution record determines which eligible affiliate, if any, receives credit for an order.

The supported precedence is an eligible affiliate code, then a valid member association, then qualified cart-click evidence, then a qualified server session. A later qualified click can replace earlier referral evidence according to these rules. An unknown, expired or suspended referral, an unverified cart attribute, or coupon text alone does not establish entitlement.

Tracking depends on the supported checkout path, valid evidence and the visitor's privacy choices. Consent-based evidence is not usable for new attribution after consent is revoked. Cross-device tracking is not guaranteed. A purchase may receive only the intended qualifying attribution; do not assume multiple affiliate programs can pay for the same purchase.

Subscriptions

An eligible initial subscription purchase does not promise commission on later renewals. Each renewal must independently satisfy the accepted agreement and the supported attribution, product, verified-cost and commission rules. A subscription identifier alone is not evidence of entitlement.

Holds, refunds and adjustments

The configured commission hold is 30 days under the order rules. A commission must also pass the relevant eligibility and verification checks. Completion of the time hold does not resolve missing costs, an open dispute, a refund or an account block.

Partial and full refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and other supported reversals can reduce or reverse commission. An adjustment after payment may reduce future earnings or create a recoverable balance under the applicable rules. The original earning, adjustment and payment remain recorded as separate linked events; a refund does not erase the original payment history.

Payout eligibility and timing

New-program payable balances of at least $25 USD may be considered for payment once all other requirements are met. A balance of exactly $25 meets the amount requirement. Earnings must have cleared the actual hold, have complete verified evidence, and belong to an eligible account with an available verified payout route and required tax information.

The configured weekly batch is Monday at 00:00 UTC, which may be Sunday in your local time zone. This is a processing schedule, not a promise of arrival. Provider availability, account checks, funding, fees and provider processing can affect a payment.

Only payment methods enabled in your account are available. Selecting a preference during application does not verify or activate a provider account. Submission or API acceptance is not proof of completed payment. Processing, completion, failure and return are distinguished using the payout provider's evidence. An uncertain or failed payment is reconciled before any retry or release of reserved earnings.

Legacy agreements and other programs

Valid earlier agreements and documented balances retain their applicable terms, including the $20 legacy minimum where it applies. The $25 new-program minimum applies prospectively; migration does not erase a balance or settle a debt. A claim, email or missing reply alone does not prove entitlement or nonpayment. Unresolved historical cases remain open for evidence-based reconciliation.

The Muncle Mikes owned program and Shopify Collabs are separate programs. Any Collabs offer has its own agreement and rate. Participation in one does not create entitlement under the other or authorize duplicate commission. Existing records and valid obligations are preserved during reconciliation.

Honest promotion and disclosure

Use only supported referral links, approved offers and creative available to your account. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and close to the recommendation. For example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Follow the disclosure guide and the rules of the channel where you publish.

Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, fake or automated conversion activity, duplicate identities used to evade restrictions, spam, fabricated endorsements, misleading discounts and interference with attribution are prohibited. You may shop at Muncle Mikes, but ordinary self-purchases do not earn affiliate commission.

Brand and creative use

Use program creative only while your account and the relevant campaign authorize its use. Verify the product, price, availability, destination and offer dates before publishing a saved graphic. A graphic is a snapshot and does not extend an expired offer. Do not impersonate Muncle Mikes, claim to be staff, register confusing brand domains or alter an asset to make a misleading claim.

Changes, restrictions and account closure

Rules and campaign eligibility may change prospectively. Material changes to the agreement require the applicable new acceptance before new activity is permitted under those terms. Recorded acceptances and historical financial events are not overwritten.

Fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, repeated violations or material customer risk can lead to a restriction, suspension or closure. These controls stop the affected new activity. Valid prior commissions remain subject to the agreement that applies, documented adjustments, verification and payment requirements.
