Account access and applications

Use your existing MM member account on the application page. Your Shopify shopping login may be separate. Confirm your email before applying. The initial program is for eligible residents of the United States; your audience's language and your customers' shipping destinations are separate matters.

No confirmation email?

Check your inbox and spam folder. Use the account page's resend option if available. A requested email is not proof of delivery. Avoid repeated requests when a rate limit is shown.

Forgotten password or expired link?

Use password recovery. Request a fresh link when needed. Never share a password or complete confirmation link.

Already submitted?

Check the saved status instead of creating another identity. Submitted or under review means a decision is pending; approved means account approval, not automatic earning or payment activation.

Agreement changed?

Reload and review the linked versions before accepting. Your recorded acceptance is preserved. Material new terms require the applicable new acceptance for new activity.

Suspended or closed?

Contact MM for review. Do not create another account to evade the restriction. If sign-out reports a failure, retry rather than assume the session ended.

Links, banners and QR codes

Use only campaigns and destinations available to your approved account in Creative Studio and the dashboard. Check product identity, price, availability, dates, your affiliate identity and the destination before sharing. A saved graphic is a snapshot; an expired offer does not remain valid because an old banner exists.

A generated link does not prove commission eligibility. The qualified referral window is 30 days and depends on supported attribution and privacy choices. Codes, member associations, cart evidence and sessions follow the agreement's precedence. Ordinary self-purchases are excluded.

Disclose the relationship close to your recommendation: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Read the disclosure guide. Follow platform rules and do not send spam.

What your balances mean

Unavailable is different from zero. A loading or integration error does not prove that your earnings disappeared. Only a verified zero should be shown as zero.

Pending

Recorded earnings remain subject to the hold and eligibility checks.

Held / awaiting verified costs

Required evidence or costs are incomplete, or a review is open. Missing information is not an estimated zero commission.

Payable

Commission is available for eligible payout consideration. The account, minimum, currency, provider and tax requirements still apply.

Reserved / submitted / processing

Earnings are allocated to a payment so they cannot be spent twice. A submitted transfer has not necessarily completed.

Paid

The provider and ledger record the relevant completed payment state. Check history for any later return or adjustment.

Failed / returned

A provider problem requires reconciliation before any retry or restoration of available funds.

Adjustment / recoverable balance

A refund, dispute or correction may reduce future earnings. The original commission and payment remain in the history.

The configured default is 10% subject to the agreement's product and margin rules. A separate 30-day commission hold is not the same as the 30-day referral window. Passing the time hold alone does not resolve other requirements. A first subscription purchase does not promise commission on every renewal.

Payments, tax setup and legacy balances

The initial program accounts in USD for eligible United States affiliates. New-program payable balances of at least $25 may be considered on the configured Monday 00:00 UTC weekly schedule, which may fall on Sunday locally. Exactly $25 meets the amount requirement; every other requirement still applies.

Only use a payment method when the dashboard enables it. A disabled setup button means it is unavailable. Choosing a preference during application does not complete provider verification. Complete required information only in the secure provider's form, then return to check the actual status.

A submission or return URL does not prove completion. Do not repeat a payment request to force it through. Failed, returned or uncertain submissions must be reconciled before another attempt.

Earlier valid agreements and documented balances retain their applicable terms, including the $20 legacy minimum where it applies. A migration is not settlement. If a historical claim is unresolved, provide the non-sensitive source reference requested by MM; an email amount alone is not proof that money is due or paid.

Get help

MM owners and authorized managers can open the control panel with their existing MM member account. Manager permissions are checked separately.

Email munclemikes@gmail.com. Include the feature, approximate time and time zone, visible status and a non-sensitive affiliate or order reference where relevant.

Never send passwords, access tokens, tax documents, banking information or complete confirmation/reset links. Redact personal and financial details from screenshots. Avoid duplicate accounts and repeat transactions while the status is checked.
