Affiliate Program Terms

Program participation

Approved affiliates may promote Muncle Mikes using authorized referral links, affiliate codes, and creative supplied through the program. Participation can be suspended or closed for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, repeated policy violations, or activity that creates material risk to customers or Muncle Mikes.

Attribution

The program uses a 30-day qualified referral window. A later qualified affiliate click can replace an earlier referral. An active affiliate code can override link/session attribution. Muncle Mikes’ server-side attribution record controls commission eligibility.

Commissions

Commission rules can vary by product, vendor, campaign, SKU, and affiliate. Gift cards and other excluded items may earn no commission. Commission never exceeds the amount allowed by the program’s margin-protection rules. Orders with incomplete cost information may remain on hold until costs are verified.

Returns and reversals

Full and partial refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other reversals can reduce or reverse commission. If commission was already paid, the adjustment may reduce future affiliate earnings.

Self-referrals and manipulation

Affiliates may shop at Muncle Mikes but may not earn commission from ordinary self-purchases. Cookie stuffing, fake traffic, automated conversion manipulation, duplicate affiliate identities, misleading codes, fabricated endorsements, or attempts to interfere with attribution are prohibited.

Promotion and disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when a recommendation or link can financially benefit them. The disclosure should be easy to notice and placed with the recommendation, not hidden elsewhere.

Brand use

Program creative may be used to promote Muncle Mikes while the affiliate account and applicable campaign are active. Affiliates may not falsely claim to be Muncle Mikes, impersonate staff, register confusing brand domains, or materially alter creative in a way that makes a promotion deceptive.

Payouts

Only matured, payable commission can be paid. A payout method, required tax/compliance information, and a clear risk status are required. The initial program threshold is $25. Failed or returned payouts remain subject to reconciliation before funds become payable again.

Program changes

Commission rates, campaigns, eligibility rules, and these program terms may be updated prospectively. Existing financial ledger entries are not silently rewritten; adjustments are recorded as separate ledger events.

Account closure

Closing or suspending an account stops new qualifying affiliate activity. Valid pre-existing commission remains subject to refunds, risk review, compliance requirements, and payout eligibility.
